Our company aims to protect consumers in accordance with applicable law. All transactions made through www.ieraskevi.com are governed by international, European and Greek law concerning electronic commerce, as well as the Consumer Protection Law (Law 2251/1994) concerning distance sales.

Order Cancellation
If you have completed an online order but the product has not yet been dispatched and you wish to cancel, you may call +306945252546 or email us a cancellation request with your order details. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling.
If the product has already been dispatched, you may still cancel the order within 14 days by contacting us at +306945252546 or emailing info@ieraskevi.com with your order details. In this case, you will bear the cost of the original delivery and return shipping.
If a refund is due, it will be completed within 15 days of the date on which the order was cancelled.
Product Returns
You have the right to return the products you purchase, or request an exchange for another product or products up to the amount you have paid, or for a higher amount if you wish to pay the difference, within ten days of receiving the product. You do not need to give a reason for the return. In this case, you bear only the direct cost of returning the products.
Returns are accepted only if the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with their seals intact and packaging unopened, together with the sales receipt or invoice.
Before returning any products, you must email info@ieraskevi.com or contact us by telephone.
To avoid inconvenience, we recommend that you carefully check the condition of your products and the integrity of their packaging when your order is delivered, so that any visible defects, such as broken goods or an incorrect item, can be identified.
Personal Data
To enter into a transaction with us, you must provide certain personal details. When placing an order, you will be asked for your full name, the delivery address, your landline number or another telephone number of your choice that can be used to assist you, your email address and other relevant information. If you choose to pay by credit card, you will also be asked for the card number and expiry date. This information is requested solely to provide you with better service.

Colour variation may be approximately 10%.
The content and information on this website may contain typographical, numerical, visual or other errors, for which our company accepts no liability. Due to the nature of the products, the stated dimensions may vary by approximately 5%.
All products are received from the manufacturers in packaging. If a product in your delivery is demonstrably defective, you retain the right to return it for a replacement at our shipping expense or for a refund.
www.ieraskevi.com is not liable for an organised hacking attack intended to steal users’ personal information. However, even in this case, credit card users are protected because card CVV codes are not stored in the system.
